Mr. Ray Coutts was hired as a Wastewater Treatment Plant Operator IIA at Annacis. When the GVRD discovered he was over the age of 65 they terminated him, citing their policy. Mr Coutts challenged, with our assistance, saying that the GVRD discriminated against him due to his age.
